Identity documents are sensitive, so we keep the handling simple and limited to what the translation needs.

Who translates my document?
A translator holding NAATI certification for your language into English. Their name and NAATI practitioner number appear on the certification.
How can I check the stamp?
The NAATI digital stamp can be verified online through NAATI's verification service.
Do you use AI?
For the first draft only. Every translation is checked, corrected and certified by a human NAATI-certified translator.
Is my translation accepted for my licence transfer in NSW?
No. Service NSW only accepts translations from Multicultural NSW, the Home Affairs Free Translating Service, or (Korean/Taiwanese licences) the relevant consulate.
Is it accepted for my visa or citizenship application?
If you apply from Australia, Home Affairs asks for the translator's NAATI practitioner number on the translation, which ours show.
Which languages?

Is my document safe?
Uploads are encrypted, accessed only by the translator working on your order, and deleted after 30 days.
